ARBORLY / Prepare a Project Brief

Turn your requirements into a clear quotation

A useful brief separates confirmed details from open decisions. Send what you have and mark missing information so the scope can be reviewed.

01 · Your business and order

Include your company, contact person, buyer type, project or range name, destination country and delivery location. State whether this is a project package, distributor programme or component supply order.

02 · Products and quantities

List each product and quantity separately: finished doors, door slabs, face panels, frames or jambs, casing and skirting. Use room references or item codes to distinguish configurations.

03 · Dimensions and interfaces

For doors, include leaf and opening dimensions, wall thickness, handing and hardware preparation. For WPC profiles, include a dimensioned section, length and fixing details. For panels, include substrate, thickness and blank size.

04 · Finish and sample approval

Provide colour, grain, sheen and finish references. Identify any matching requirement across doors and components. State which drawings or physical samples need approval.

05 · Delivery, packing and evidence

Provide your required delivery date and destination. Include packaging, labels, inspection scope and applicable test-document requirements. Separate requested timing from a confirmed manufacturing schedule.
