ARBORLY / Buyer FAQ
Clear answers before you order
Use these answers to prepare an interior door or component enquiry. Final scope, quantities, price and lead time are confirmed in your written quotation.
Can I order components separately?
Yes. Enquire about door slabs, door skins and face panels, WPC frames and jambs, casings, skirting or mouldings. Identify each item, profile and quantity.
What should I send for a quotation?
Provide product type, quantity, dimensions, finish references, destination and target timing. Add drawings, door schedules, cross-sections and hardware requirements where available.
What can be customised?
Discuss dimensions, construction, profile shapes, finishes, machining and packaging. Feasibility, tooling requirements and minimum quantities depend on the specification.
What are the MOQ and lead time?
These depend on the product, profile, finish, quantity and production requirements. Ask for the MOQ and schedule for your exact selection; do not assume one figure applies to every product.
Can I request samples?
Tell us the product, profile or finish and delivery destination. Sample availability, charges, shipping and approval arrangements are confirmed for the enquiry.
Can frames and trims match the door?
Send the door finish and the component profiles together. Review current samples for colour, grain and sheen before approving a coordinated package.
Are fire or acoustic ratings included?
Do not infer a rating from thickness or a material name. State the required performance and request evidence for the proposed complete assembly and configuration.
How are export packing and inspection arranged?
Agree labels, item quantities, protective packing, loading requirements and inspection scope in the order. Confirm destination documents and delivery terms before production.
